      Pros

      The group is amazing it's like a family. The partner group is always looking for ways to improve and better the Firm. They also offer opportunity for employees to create the job they want and suggest changes they feel they need.

      Cons

      Vacation is never truly vacation, you will be emailed and expected to answer while away. Also, through late nights and weekends.

      Pros

      The culture at Reynolds & Rowella is friendly and welcoming. Having worked here for only a few months, the staff has welcomed me into their team environment with open arms. The thorough hiring process is clearly successful and is evidenced by the professional and friendly staff throughout all levels of the firm.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, a long commute for me.
