Pros

Some areas are good opportunities to learn, then move on to a more respectful organization.

Cons

Very poor benefits, pay scale is low, people are not treated with respect from the top. The CEO makes way too many decisions, and has created an atmosphere where leadership defers to him for anything non-standard- be it in sales, support, finance, development, marketing, facilities - anywhere in the company. Morale is horrible.

Pros

Good benefits; if you re just starting your career, it is a pretty good chance to learn how it is to work full time for a recognized company. I get a feeling that you desreved that job after all the interviews are behind.

Cons

Alsmot no sign of going up the career ladder. Some people spend more than 10 years at the sam eposition...maybe it is a personality thing, but it would not happen that often then. Alot of people are negative about the comppany; in my opinion, it is only because they don't want to 'move'.

Pros

Current pay is very good, but only due to promotions received prior to new ownership. Little direct responsibility left to get stressed about.

Cons

Zero employee empowerment. Prospects for financial improvement is very very limited. Sustainability of current business model is highly questionable. Utter lack of communication between management and staff. Stifling work environment.
