You're part of a true community, working to help launch young peoples' lives. It's truly fulfilling work. + I am really excited about the new President of Rhodes, Jennifer Collins. I think that she's going to prove to be an excellent leader.

Cons

Well, the pay is low if you compare it to the private sector, but on par with other higher education institutions. It's enough to live on in Memphis & they quickly promote.
