Pros

The employees that are left are good people and talented, the product is phenomenal .

Cons

Many, many cons including a lack of leadership, very reactive instead of pro-active, the ship is sinking, the company is in VERY SERIOUS financial condition and is losing ground. Its a small industry and people are aware of the damaging emails that the owner sent out to each and every customer last year saying that he was in over his head and the he didn't know what he was doing

Pros

Really talented people work here, but everything they are capable of is ruined by misguided management.

Cons

Where do I start? The turnover rate is crazy. People are out the door faster than they're coming in. The CEO has a completely different direction than the rest of the company and is incapable of listening to those who work for him. Talented minds are ignored, while this company continues to drive itself into the ground. Absolutely still running in "startup" mode. When employees leave there are no vacation payouts or respected notices.

Pros

The solutions that we offer clients are very effective and save lives. The products are an easy sell. The performance and efficiency can not be ignored. I am honored to represent this company and their products to our prospects. The sales and marketing leadership is one of the best I've seen for a long time. Very similar to the Sensormatic culture and products. I am very bullish on this companey

Cons

Challenges are that we sell to government and the deals take a while to materialize. When they do materialize, its a big deal.
