Pros

- Certain teams within the organization are a great environment to learn and progress in your career. - Managing Director is wonderful and open to talk about issues within the company.

Cons

- difficult environment and a lot of politics - business and product are separated so getting work prioritized is challenging - product team is not good at communicating or working with other teams - development team pushes out bad updates and cause a lot of roll backs - overall product offerings are lacking and customers needs are not prioritized

Pros

You'll get to meet some of the coolest and smartest people in Denver. The developers all brought their best unique qualities to the team and the other teams were great at teamwork/collaboration.

Cons

After new management came in near the end of 2019, there was a lot of work being forced onto teams, ALOT of layoffs and people also leaving due to the demanding work ethic. The people you work besides in the Denver office are great, it's mainly the upper management team that needs to review their priorities. They value money more than people. Hopefully they have improved!

Pros

The Denver office is in the BEST location downtown on the 16th street mall. The office environment (when I was there) was very casual...you arrive when you wanted to it seemed, and people wear t-shirts and shorts in the summer.

Cons

The health benefits are horrible and I really wished I knew that before I accepted the position. They only cover the employee 100%...they only cover 50% for dependents...ridiculous!
