Horrible experience

Pros

Good employees, people who work there truly care about their company. Great working with the CEO & Director. Good business model & corporate vision.

Cons

Other than VP level, all employees sit side by side, on top of each other, even managers, no cubicles. I had a horrid female supervisor in Marketing; difficult, volatile, immature, huge ego, always screaming at people in office, manipulative, controlling, dramatic, paranoid & caught in lies. Human resource KNOWS all this, turns a deaf ear & co-signs on this behavior. Buddies. I filed a "confidential" complaint & was terminated a month later. I'm the 4th person now to leave Marketing in two years under this reckless leadership.

Pros

-The HQ is in a nice area in Baker street with good transport around London. -They hire people coming from different cultural backgrounds from the countries where they are bringing their services. -Free fruits and water. -The CEO -Two managers in the Operations department were always committed to help and solve problems beyond their duties.

Cons

-It is a chaotic environment. -Lack of strategy for a short and mid term plans. (Long plan is provided by central office but they fail deadlines, bringing the issues to be solve in short term ) -Fire-extinguishing culture. -Stressful and hostile environment- the lack of planning create clashes between different areas. -Internal sub group that work inside the company to hide and protect members. -HR is not a mediator but part of this sub group. -Bad internal communication channels. -I felt harassment several times from my boss and sexual harassment in 2 opportunities.
