      ability to change shifts with coworkers if you ever need a day off. 1 hour lunch. 5 day work week

      Cons

      Raises are like miracles, people working there for 10 years make the same as new comers. schedules are set, there's no way to change them, Favoritism is how you ever get anywhere there. A lot of work for minimal pay.

      Management wants employees to work overtime without pay. Huge communications gap between departments and people. No career development program. Working in this company is like working at the small business. No reward for hard working people.
