      very bad working environment. worst management ever with short staff through out the whole year. which means you've got to work overtime even during the weekends. with a very poor salary. the management is so archaic with peoples salaries depending on their friendships and humour.

      Lack of leadership and communication to sales team from management. Low salary for work required. Too much bureaucracy and corporate is not open to suggestions for improvements.
