Pros

I've been working at Ria for about 2 months now, and it's been an incredible experience. The management team is very supportive and always open to feedback. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development, and the company culture and work environment are very inclusive and collaborative. I feel valued and motivated to contribute to the company's success.

Cons

The technology and tools used are somewhat outdated and can hinder productivity. Investing in modern tools and systems would greatly enhance efficiency.

Pros

Joined as a part-time intern while finishing school then transitioned to a full-time role. Great recruitment process with Alek, a fantastic recruiter. Supportive team with a good work/play balance in the office, always willing to help. Lots of opportunities to make an impact.

Cons

Pay is lower than most product roles, but Denver's lower cost of living balances it out.

Pros

I can't say there are any pros

Cons

I was enrolled in the FSA plan the company offered. The plan has a rollover amount, however nothing I had contributed the previous year rolled over. I realized this when I tried paying for an exam with my fsa card. The account didn't have sufficient funds, only the new contribution (a small amount) was available. I spoke to HR several times and they kept saying it was an error that had happened to everyone, and eventually the rollover funds would become available. I have left the company due to it's lack of carrier opportunities, unprofessional management and mediocre benefits. The rollover amount never appeared and I was not able to file reimbursement claims for medical expenses I incurred while still employed at RIA.
