Pros

Working in a multicultural environment

Cons

Very demanding environment with minimal onboarding and limited guidance. There was a strong expectation to work independently from an early stage, and responsibilities were assigned quickly, which made the transition challenging.

Pros

Work can be exciting from time to time

Cons

Compensation is significantly lower compared to the market. Vacation is non existing and often not approved. Long hours without any appreciation. Company offers 15% discount on Euronet stocks but don't be a fool to purchase it, their stocks are constantly falling down and investors are panicking. Monthly reduction in force (they don't call it layoffs). Getting rid of top performers because they are expensive.
