TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR

Pros

Good to waste your time

Cons

Working at Ria Money Transfer has been one of the most disappointing experiences in my career. The salary is incredibly low, especially considering the demands of the job. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant, with certain employees advancing due to personal connections rather than merit or hard work. There’s a clear lack of equal opportunities, and discrimination seems ingrained in the company culture. Leadership is not just ineffective—they're completely incapable of guiding the organization in a fair or professional manner. If you're looking for a workplace where your efforts are valued and you can grow based on your skills, Ria is definitely not the place.

Pros

You get paid and that's it. Nothing here to build a career.

Cons

Unexperienced kitchen sink type of management. Awful culture. The place is a club managed by a group of friends and God forbid you are not in the club. The place has even dealt with sexual harassments issues that have been brought up to Euronet the parent company. This is probably Euronet's worst managed company in terms of culture, probably in other areas. They make money out of the illegals or people with no bank accounts in the U.S. so it is not strategy or anything other than price wars with other companies in the industry. Politics beyond the normal. It is not strange to see an entire family working here due to the nepotism and cronyism that the CEO and all upper management foster and encourage. Don't have an argument with someone there because most likely, their sister, husband, cousin, will get you in trouble if not fired. A place treated like a sweat shop with zero morals or organizational values. Don't come here unless you really need to.
