You make pretty good money because of the high ticket prices and if you get lucky with a good section. And if the hostesses that you aren't allowed to question, choose to seat you.

Cons

The owner of the company has zero respect for his employees. And enforces his managers to feel the same. Constant threats. Disrespect. Group punishments. Just overall disrespect for employees as human beings.
