the restaurant is beyond unorganized, always out of stuff and unorganized when it comes to payroll.

So short staffed which makes management overworked, training is not updated to the menu, pay is not competitive, a lot of side work, and poor morale.

Expensive food and drink items offer great opportunities to make good pay

Cons

Management is poor, starting with corporate and going down. Way too much side work for servers, they should have dedicated expo's and salad prep. Not a great work environment overall
