      Pros

      Ability to learn new skills, hard work is rewarded. They are fantastic at customer service and teach their people to do that well. Very good training.

      Cons

      Expectations of working hours are very high, in the past pay was competitive with a small town in Wisconsin, but not nationally (this may be getting better).

      Pros

      Decent salaries for the area. Growing company provides opportunity for advancement. Customer service is truly the first priority for management. Private owners who are onsite daily rather than clueless stockholders.

      Cons

      It's like a big middle school. There is this terrible jealous hatred among the employees that runs rampant. I don't feel like I'm on a team. There is too much backstabbing for that. You can't trust anyone. They will throw you under the bus any chance they get. They are all way too concerned about what everyone else is doing instead of focusing their energy on customer service where it belongs. There is also way too much of "it's not my job to do that". The parking situation also stinks.
