The team at Richardson Electronics is great to work with. A warm and friendly environment. Good benefits. They truly make you feel at home and that everyone is part of the team.

Being a supplier with a limited customer base can causes a uneven demand for their products, so they go through boom and bust cycle that can be unpredictable.
