Pros

It's a matrix and complicated organization, however decisions are taken with attention to details, business knowledge and long term view. of course there are some "not good" cases like in any other company. Right business architecture and investment. Better than the destructured world of LVMH and its managers.

Cons

Sometimes a little bit "male" oriented and slow in taking decisions.

Pros

Work-life balance, regular working hours and no OT.

Cons

Salary is way too low for a graduate. The position is termed as "intern" but it really is just a contract position. Difficult to be converted to a permanent staff unless there is headcount (which seems terribly difficult to get nowadays)..
