Pros

One of the nicest brand portfolio on the luxury market. Fast learning experience. Nice perks such as international travel, attendance to prestigious events, quality of the office, attractive staffs and family sales.

Cons

Compensation not in line with company growth/profit. Ultra political spirit only driven for profit making and personal career of individuals. Change in strategies every "LE" / Quarters with short terms view Outdated systems and IT infrastructure
