Pros

Workload and Salary are ok

Cons

In the past 4 years, everything became a lot worse: - We moved from a nice location (Versoix) to an ugly location (Meyrin) - The office in the new location is a chaotic shack - The new CIO is completely disconnected from reality, has no clue what is going on, only cares about the "agile" methodology and a few associated buzzwords - There is no sense of direction/strategy - Projects are progressively becoming pure and dull maintenance - We see a lot of unmotivated colleagues, from senior managers to junior consultants

Pros

It looks good on the CV

Cons

To be honest, I am embarassed to be associated with this company: -> The cumplicity with China (through Alibaba for instance). -> The 2020 compensation decisions that culminated with the exit of the head of HR. -> The covid vaccine queue jumping by the big chairman. -> The lack of eco-awareness (such as aligator skin usage). I am still here because right now I do not have the choice, but the guilt is consuming me.

The worst company I have encountered

Pros

Glittery on the outside. Only management gets to wine (whine) and dine while not going much.

Cons

Those who wine (whine) and dine knows nothing and can’t even communicate well. A lot of foreigners in management. 90% foreign “talents” making local slog to help them shine. Mgt has zero integrity and can flip on their commitment according to their mood of the day. Stay away! Run for your life!
