Pros
When it comes to the retail car industry, Rick Hendrick, Chevrolet trains every position, as if they’re earning a degree in it if you’re willing to learn and have the drive to be successful, you will be for the most part.
Cons
So much miscommunication between management that we almost missed, quoted us lost money, lost deals, and customers because people were placed in leadership positions who are the furthest thing from leaders and or management material. As well, the biggest thing is the consistent amount of times several employees of that company were not compensated as they should have been, and had to literally break down all of their earnings themselves just to prove it..
