commission can be a plus and negative. If others do not meet their goals, everyone gets their pay docked which is unacceptable

No work/life balance . Too many hats for one person to wear for the minimal amount of money .

Pros

It's awesome to work for a company that has Servant Leadership as it's first core value. Teamwork, integrity, and a passion for winning comes from the top of the organization and trickles down to every team member. Hendrick has always said that "People are his greatest asset," and it shows. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and moved my family across the company to work at Hendrick Chevrolet.......

Cons

Need to work weekends and most holidays, but this is the same for every auto dealership in the country.
