Pros

Benefits are awesome especially insurance. Pay also is not bad. If you like selling cars than this is the company to be with.

Cons

Depends which dealership you have bad managers, sometimes the brand you are selling is not good at all. Not too many other bad things.

Cons

Lots of hours... Hard to get rid of the workers that need to leave. Management does not care if you have a life outside of work. You are just a number....

The free health care is great and also being able to work with some of the greatest people is a plus too!

Cons

Sometimes it's really hard to communicate with colors ( the color on their badge; describes their personality) other than your own.
