Pay 100% of insurance, however I hear the insurance is not very good.

Cons

Need to focus on taking care of their employees and in turn their customers would be better taking care of! SAS philosophy! Pay is terrible for what they expect. Employees have to buy their own uniforms, which they say that they pay half, but half of retail?
