Benefits are nice. Access to good equipment. Facility is nice. Depending on your role in the company , the training is good.

Cons

Unrealistic goal setting. Lots of unnecessary pressure - little care about employees from certain managers.

Good equipment, good training, good software, great outsourcing jobs.

Cons

Management not so great. Unrealistic goals. Difficult to meet quota when they pull accounts from reps for no reason at all....or are they just trying to pad other managers revenue ie steal from the have to give to give to the have-not. That shouldn't happen...Earn It!!

good training and management support. Nice office - decent benefit packages.

Cons

Lots of cliques. They give privileges based on who they like, not on who is deserving. Low salary, repetitive work
