      Incompetent 'Leaders"

      Pros

      The plight of the people served, people who have just lost their jobs through no fault of their own, is desperate and any help given to them is beneficial.

      Cons

      Management views employees as people who are going to 'take advantage' of their jobs and must be watched, controlled and occasionally rated poorly, despite their performance, to keep in their place.

      Pros

      It is very rewarding to work with the individual candidates. Ability to work in a virtual environment. Excellent program for candidates.

      Cons

      Project and Part Time staff are treated with little respect and don't allow consultants to think out of the box. Development: E-learning is available and expected but on your own time! Advancement: None Benefits: Poor Right over hired this year and are now cutting hours. No promise that the hours will increase in the future. Most CMC's are working less than 20 hours a week. Manpower is loosing money this year so Right is supporting them and cutting corners

      Get to work with some lovely people, and across multiple industry sectors

      Cons

      Increasingly, associates are required to do more and more admin, also, more and more work is being sent overseas to South Africa, for associate coaches there to support and advise candidates here in the UK, rather than continuing to utilise experienced UK coaches who know the market here, presumably this is a cost cutting exercise. Day rates are average, and have only increased by £50 over the last 20 years
