      Pros

      Very high autonomy at very junior positions. Great exposure to high profile clients. Some very smart colleagues to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      The organization comes under the policy jurisdiction of Manpower and hence some policies are not beneficial or counter-productive to consultants. The pay is not at par with other small sized consulting firms.
