      Pros

      On the surface: interesting projects and work with professional colleagues.

      Cons

      Leadership talks about supporting females in leadership roles feels very inauthentic.Where are they? High turnover of staff. Lack of clear direction. Redundancies.

      Pros

      Fantastic people delivering career management support to candidates. They're a pleasure to work with - professional, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable - and really want to help candidates move forward with their careers.

      Cons

      Management / leadership team appears to focus too much on strategy and change, often without seeing if it achieves what it's meant to (or don't give it long enough to deliver). Very focused on Manpower needs rather than those of Right Management. No investment by Manpower - just demands to cut costs regardless. Low morale.
