      Great people that care yet management invests absolutely nothing in developing or compensating the employees

      - Truly caring people that do an excellent job on behalf of its candidates - RM is always looking to improve the offerings to the candidates and is truly interested in providing value to its clients

      Cons

      - The main con is that the company preaches a value system that other employers should embody to improve employee engagement, morale, and productivity and does absolutely none of it with its own employees. - There is absolutely no employee development and the company operates its budget and expenses in an extremely unrealistic way that devalues employees and continually moves the performance bar higher and higher that makes it completely unachievable.

      Pros

      Salary was good before they began decreasing everyone's rate Good product and offered a true benefit to people going through outplacement

      Cons

      Downsizing, closing offices. Consultants worked on call from home or temporary locations. Work was almost non-existant. My supervisor kept changing and at the end, I had no idea who to contact for questions.

      Wonderful, talented, dedicated team members A lot of freedom to create what clients need

      Cons

      Limited training and product development support, would be difficult if we didn't have so many talent people that make it happen in the field
