      Pros

      Fair infrastructure, talented people at every level, smart positioning over the last decade to build the talent management consulting arm and the global reach to ensure survival in a very mature market.

      Cons

      Cost savings and money have become more important then anything else...including the customer. Employees are disillusioned and feeling as if their core values around being in service to others are being violated daily, Service is suffering and people are starting to leave.

      Pros

      Helping people find a new job is very rewarding. Most of the clients are very appreciative of the help you give. Schedule is very flexible.

      Cons

      As a "Human Resources" company, Right does not practice what they preach. Employees are treated poorly, particularly part timers. Work hours and pay rates are micro managed. No personal feedback or development and no recognition for a job well done. All rewards are intrinsic and come from the clients.
