      Small offices mean all the control is centralised to just one person and he/she calls the shots. Not too much to learn here

      Pros include a flexible schedule, knowledgeable coworkers, and unique learning experiences. Very rewarding to help train and/or move people into next phase of careers and leadership.

      Cons

      Consultancy means an uneven work schedule. Sometimes it's a very steady period of time focusuing on the Right programs with a set of consistent clients, othertimes it's a one-on-one with a very specific need for a short period of time.
