      Pros

      Leadership takes a long-term view and stays focused on goals, but is flexible in responding to new market conditions. Employees are given clear messages about vision and direction, so it's easy to connect the dots and do our best. Colleagues are fantastic, and committed to doing whatever it take to deliver great services!

      Cons

      Not a lot of downsides here; I would like to see even more innovation linked with technology enhancements to reach larger global virtual audiences.

      Pros

      Great people. Flexible when it comes to life balance and outside interests. Try to promote from within. The opportunities are there but you have to find them.

      Cons

      The industry is fickle so sometimes people are affected when the company needs to ramp up or right size. Need better onboarding.

      Pros

      People are wonderful to work with, they really care. We help people and see wonderful results. This is very rewarding. Long term friendships are made. The clients benefit, the candidates are supported and helped through the networking programs, and you get to see people make decisions that change their lives for the better.

      Cons

      Of course the business cycle is difficult for some. The business is cyclical and it's difficult to depend on employment. You love the work, but it can disappear when the economy changes. Most of the staff are Project Consultants, high quality and long tenured people, but they need to have other means of making a living when things are slow.
