      Clueless about cultural topic in a global economy

      Pros

      Good administrative staff. Very poor centralized database - disparate systems.

      Cons

      In the 5 years with them absolutely no assignments. Refused to take any suggestions for improvement. Not a multicultural environment.No benefits for contractors. There is no contractors directory where we could connect with each other. Totally dysfunctional.

      Pros

      Very diverse in culture and and tasks. Everyday was different than the previous day. Meeting new clients and helping people in all levels of organizations.

      Cons

      Some employees were very biased against others therefore made work life tough for them. Seniority rules and that is NOT good in the fore-mentioned scenarios.

      Name reputation, solid team of consultants who cared.

      Cons

      Former Ceo (not the founder) and his leadership team devastated the company and later sold it to a firm which did or does not know the outplacement business. The employee morale dropped from good to minus zero and many left as did clients. Blaming the new team is not the reason of Right's fall. The former Ceo raided the company and his leader ship resulted in very low staff morale and exodus of great team. Present leadership knows staffing at its best, but not outplacement, outplacement has different buyers and way to do business. Find the old team wherever they are and you'll find respect, increase in sales and better reputation will follow.
