      Pros

      The colleagues here are wonderful - motivated, caring, quality-focused and fun. People really care about what we do - helping companies and their employees to have create an engaged and productive workforce that achieves their strategic objectives - and the environment is very supportive of continuous improvement. I also love the fact that our company and parent corporation (Manpower) is so deeply committed to ethical practices.

      Cons

      About the only downside I see is the same there is for any company with rapid growth and innovation - sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the new information. But I think the company does a great job always striving to great more and better communication to help this.
