      Pros

      The people are an incredible group of team workers who support one another every day to reach successful outcomes for the clients. Communications is important and Right is learning how to improve across all lines of business. Career opportunities and development opportunities are being increased and Sr. management is developing new career paths for emerging talent every year.

      Cons

      To succeed, one must be willing to work very long hours, be passionate about the work, and be willing to go the extra mile in every interaction. Underperformers will not stay with the firm very long due to the very high standards of work and ethics required.

      I held a senior leadership position and more and more the company is driven by fees and cost cutting affecting how services and quality of solutions are delivered to clients. The top leaders do not practice the talent solutions they peddle. Great local cultures squashed by the big system
