Pros

One of the things that I like best is the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, deploying solutions to meet the business needs of our customers. Using the latest technology to design and implement customer solutions is fun - especially when it brings value to the customer and overcomes their obstacles.

Cons

Sometimes that travel or commute to customer sites can be long, but the company does a great job of making it work out.

Pros

The quality of my work life is immeasurable to me. RSi management and employees have made this a truly enjoyable place to work and live. I feel very fortunate I have been able to work in such an environment for the past 20 years.

Cons

Nothing outside of the normal challenges working for a Mid to small Company.
