Pros
Right! Systems has been one of the best companies I have worked for. The leadership is very supportive, especially when you show a concerted effort to drive toward the organizational goals. Even though they have been around for decades they are willing to be nimble, and change and grow with the times. We work hard and play hard. They are flexible and understanding that sometimes life happens. They encourage new ideas and have really provided a place for me to flourish. When things might not be working right, a simple conversation and brainstorming sesh has helped get things back on track. There are great, hard working people here who are really passionate about what they do. There is a lot of transparency with the company about who we are doing financially as a company and where we are headed. I have worked for companies before where that was not presented to employees and you really had no idea if the company was successful or not. Right! Systems does a great job of showing employees how we are doing compared to previous years and how we can be better.
