Pros
If you have vision, discipline, direction, motivation, RSI is the NW partner for you. Family and team atmosphere, with lots of growth potential. Don't like what is going on with your job? Change it? Get trained, develop a business plan for yourself and present it to management. Take initiative, and you will be rewarded. Or...sit around and complain about your job. A wise man once said, if you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.
Cons
Employee retention can be an issue, but that is an issue with pretty much every solution provider on the planet. While there werent a lot of really tight management requirements, I might argue that a bit more structure, and guidance from the top down could be effective for many individuals (including myself in some instances).
