Pros

RSI is willing and able to assist it's employees with career advancement in different areas of our business model. This is a plus plus for many that come in with little to NO skills in the IT industry. Many of the employees today have been with RSI between 5-20 years showing the stability of the company.

Cons

Would like to see more adaption to linking our applications as a whole through the sales, purchasing and backend accounting systems, but we have come a long way in the 10 years I have been here.

- Lots of flexibility - lots of partnerships - very flexible hours - no pesky management looking over your shoulders

Cons

- Lack of leadership - no oversight - vague goals - moving targets, management changes goals and targets without warning - recommends products based on potential revenue not what's best for customer
