Pros
* Flex time off * Work from anywhere attitude * Reasonable deadlines * No HR * Good Benefits (Health + Life + stock options) * No micro management Due to the flexibility that the company offers, they have fostered a culture of responsible individuals who care about their work.
Cons
The only con would be that the company is growing extremely fast, and consequently has some growing pains. Positions need to be filled, and processes need to be refined.
