Pros

Company is based in LA but has expanded to EMEA, based out of London. Has a great balance as a result of being a large company but having a start up small team vibe in London. Have been involved with massive implementations and projects here, and because the product has been created with a lot of diligence, it is so flexible and easy to demo and configure for clients.

Cons

Working across the pond does have its downsides, mainly around the time difference and how that translates to resourcing issues, especially with our exceptional developers.

Culture Was the Strength, Until It Wasn't

Pros

Hybrid work model provides good flexibility and work-life balance. The company hosts social events with reasonable frequency, which helps build relationships across teams. There are a handful of leaders and managers who are approachable, supportive, and genuinely willing to help employees succeed.

Cons

When I first joined Rightsline, it was the best workplace culture I had experienced. There was a genuine team-first mentality where colleagues supported one another, shared knowledge freely, and leadership seemed invested in employee success. Unfortunately, that changed significantly after a new hire joined the organization. The culture shifted from collaborative and engaged, to highly pressure-driven, and morale across the sales organization declined both significantly and rapidly. The supportive environment that once motivated people was replaced with constant pressure to improve metrics, even as overall sales performance appeared to decline compared to before the leadership change. Communication from senior leadership also became noticeably more aggressive. At times, profanity was used in conversations towards employees, which contributed to a less respectful and more stressful work environment. The organization experienced considerable turnover, with many experienced employees either leaving or being let go, and it has struggled to rebuild the culture that originally made it a great place to work. Career growth is also limited. Advancement opportunities are scarce, with many leadership positions being filled through external hires rather than internal promotions. Decision-making and expectations can also feel inconsistent, making it difficult for employees to understand what is required to progress. Rightsline has many talented employees and still offers some positive aspects, but the culture today feels very different from the company I originally joined.

Pros

* Interesting products with strong market potential. * Opportunity to work with modern AI technologies. * Talented engineers and capable teams. * Could become a great workplace with employee-friendly policies and stronger leadership.

Cons

Leadership places far too much emphasis on office attendance work-from-office compliance and working hours instead of measuring employees by results productivity and business impact. The company was founded as a 100% remote organization but the current work-from-office policies are extremely rigid. It often feels like employees are treated as school students rather than professionals who can be trusted to manage their work. The India leadership appears to spend more time monitoring who comes to the office than driving technical excellence product strategy innovation or business growth. Leadership head in India lacks the strong technical and strategic direction expected in an tech company. A technology organization should be led by people who enable engineering teams solve business problems and create long-term vision rather than focusing on attendance tracking. HR policies are rigid employee-unfriendly and often feel disconnected from the realities of a modern technology workplace. There is a noticeable lack of flexibility despite the nature of the work. There is an apparent double standard where strict office policies are enforced for employees while leadership itself does not always follow the same expectations. Frequent layoffs and high employee turnover create uncertainty reduce morale and make employees feel insecure about their future. The company culture increasingly prioritizes presence over performance reducing trust motivation and ownership.
