Pros

Lots of autonomy. Work from home available. Friendly co-workers. Small enough company that it's possible to make a difference. Decent remuneration.

Cons

Some of the internal processes can be frustrating at times, but the company is open to improvements, so more of a niggle than a major complaint.

Absolutely fantastic experience, everyone is supportive, caring and engaged in their work. Passion is everywhere, and everyone is a genuine human being.

Cons

Some "startup" vibes in terms of organization - such as on-boarding but that was to be expected since im the first BDR

Cons

Given the circumstances not in anyone's control but I miss in person interaction. No complaints - it's been great so far
