Pros

-Good benefits -Hub meetup opportunities if you live closer to a city where they have the office -Great people culture overall -401K contribution benefits -Great company for the new grads out of college but not for experienced employees.

Cons

-Work can be exhausting as you are expected to work on a lot of projects at the same time and their project plans mostly don't work. - Product is not easy to learn and takes a while for the clients to get a hang of it. -Management expects employees to work long hours, even on the alternate days off. -Internal politics and favoritism exist. -Majority of experienced high performers leave in the initial 2-3 years. -No real mentorship opportunity. -Micromanagement and toxic work culture
