Pros

it is probably the safest hospital, considering health care worker assaults are increasing. it looks good on applications the nurses and techs I work with are mostly really cool

Cons

the salary is the worst of all the hospitals/psychiatric care facilities ($17/hour for dayshift, $18/hour for night shift the patients can be verbally abusive, and there is no means of enforcing consequences constantly short staffed (I probably only get a break one shift out of three, and these are 12 hour shifts)

Pros

The mission. The CLS team. The volunteers.

Cons

A pawn in the IU Health game. Just a number, despite the corporate language propaganda.
