      Bonus. They are flexible when taking PTO. Senior Management is top notch but too busy to change the cons. IRA match.

      Cons

      Favoritism is shown. Pay varies greatly between employees that do the same position. High stress. Treated like you are easy to replace. Dead end job.

      Great place to work and very beneficial for career advancement. I started off working as a cleaner for the OR, moved to being patient care and now advancing to becoming a surgical tech.
