Poor upper management at St. Joseph, MO facility. No one is held accountable for screw ups. Issues continue to cause issues. No budget for quality or food safety. No bonus for Quality Manager. Hiring process takes too long. Corporate too involved in hiring. Hourly workers asked to work extreme amounts of overtime.

Nothing at all. No room for advancement. Some employees get by with anything. No raises for the ones who do the job. The ones who don't make more money. Not fair at all.

Cons

Supervisor is not professional at all. Not a people person. Barks orders at the employees and has anger issues.
