Pros

Always paid on time for hours worked. Learned skills which helped in external roles.

Cons

Low pay. Overtime at hourly low rates. 7 day work weeks expected during crunch times. This isn’t infrequent. Toxic work environment and coworkers.

Pros

There are some good people that work here.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. If you’re good at your job, they’ll pile everything on you while others coast. Management turns a blind eye to toxic and hostile employees who should’ve been fired long ago. Favoritism runs deep, and the company is extremely unorganized. They’re also cheap, constantly cutting corners and refusing to invest in tools/technology that would actually make work easier. It’s exhausting and not worth the stress
