Pros

The environmental is the best in comparison to other firms. When you spend as much time as you do working, you want to get along with your coworkers, joke around when appropriate, and feel comfortable with ample opportunity to grow. After working at a few firms throughout VA, RDA is my favorite. The company is large enough where you have all the resources you could want or need. It's small enough where you know everyone and everyone knows you.
