You can learn a lot at this company. This a great place to start your engineering career because they will train you and give you plenty of responsibility. People at this company are generally friendly and close to each other, and will go out often together after work.
Cons
You are expected to work lots of extra hours and to make work a priority over other aspects of your life. You will be shamed for taking lots of vacation or not staying late. Lots of turnover, especially new hires out of school who leave after gaining a few years of experience.
