Poor management

Pros

Amazing medical and decent pay.

Cons

They really don’t care about safety. They preach safety first then ask you to cut corners constantly. Multiple locations around the mountain that reach triple digit temperatures and yet they have a strict policy on dress code that prohibits you from cooling yourself off. Quarterly bonuses they screw their employees out of every chance they get and management really has no clue how to do their job. Perfect example of a company that destroys hard working employees

Pros

You only get the pros if you get hired directly from the company.

Cons

They hire by consulting firms and they keep on renewing your contract instead of direct hiring you. Most of the employees are like that so there is no chance to grow.
