Pros

Benefits package is positive. Great 401k match, and insurance with likely yearly bonus

Cons

Management in the Information Technology space is lack luster. No follow through and Extensive delays lead to upward mobility being stagnant and directly ignoring the companies values.

Pros

I would not recommend Kennecott to anyone looking for stability or a workplace that genuinely values its people or fair employment practice.

Cons

Poor leadership communication, lack of transparency, little regard for employee well-being. People are not just costs on a balance sheet, they are the foundation of the company’s success.

Pros

- Job security is a plus

Cons

- First of all, dont trust HR. They are there to protect the company, they say they will keep your comments off the record but after meeting they change their mind and use that information against you. Don't trust your supervisor. -Culture of disrespect, treat hourly employees like they are uneducated and stupid - No work life balance -No career development
