Pros

WFH flexibility (please don't lose this as a benefit) and a genuine HRA team who truly cares about the HRs brand: People Experience.

Cons

Lack of resources and bandwidth to get the job done, HR management continues to ignore the root problems the HRA team faces on a daily and sets unrealistic expectations causing undue stress for the team. Medical benefits could be better (explore lower premium/no premium options). 16 medical options seems excessive. Morale is low.
